These Terms govern your use of mobionicsale.com and MOBIONIC services, including customer accounts, product enquiries, pre-booking, billing, repair, exchange, EMI-related records and customer support.
1. About MOBIONIC
MOBIONIC is operated by MOHIT MOBIONIC MART (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, India. The website displays smartphones, mobile accessories, smart gadgets, repair services, exchange options, pre-booking, EMI/finance information and customer support channels.

2. Website Use and Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account, placing an order, submitting a pre-booking, requesting repair/support or making an enquiry.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for activities under your account.
- Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, submit false orders/enquiries or use the website for unlawful activity.
- We may restrict or suspend access where misuse, fraud, security risk or violation of these Terms is reasonably suspected.
3. Product Information, Pricing and Availability
Product names, specifications, prices, offers, stock status, warranty information and images are provided for customer convenience and may change based on availability, supplier/manufacturer updates, store stock or errors.
Some homepage products, launch items or pre-booking items may be promotional or campaign-specific. A final sale is confirmed only when MOBIONIC accepts the order/sale and issues the relevant confirmation or invoice.
GST, taxes and invoice details are applied according to the applicable transaction and billing information recorded at the time of sale.
4. Orders, Billing and Payments
- Orders/sales may be accepted through the website, store, admin billing, phone, WhatsApp or other support-assisted channels where available.
- Payment modes recorded in the system may include cash, UPI, card, bank, due payment or other supported methods.
- Where third-party payment gateways or finance/EMI providers are used, the relevant provider may process payment or eligibility information under its own terms.
- MOBIONIC may cancel or refuse an order where stock is unavailable, payment is not completed, details are incorrect, fraud is suspected, or fulfilment is not reasonably possible.
5. Delivery, Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
Delivery, cancellation, return, replacement and refund handling is governed by the relevant policy pages below. No fixed delivery period or return window is promised on the website unless it is specifically shown during ordering or confirmed by MOBIONIC support for that transaction.
6. Warranty, Repairs and Exchange
Manufacturer warranty, service-centre support, repair requests and exchange enquiries depend on the product type, condition, manufacturer/service rules and inspection. Opened, activated, damaged, locked or tampered electronic products may be restricted from return or exchange except where applicable law or manufacturer policy requires otherwise.
7. Pre-Booking
The website includes a pre-booking form and may show a booking amount for a specific campaign. Pre-booking reserves an enquiry/booking request; it does not guarantee launch timing, final price, allocation, delivery date or product availability unless separately confirmed by MOBIONIC.
8. EMI and Finance
MOBIONIC may display EMI information or link to third-party eligibility/finance providers. Unless expressly stated in a written agreement, MOBIONIC is not the lender. Loan eligibility, approval, interest, charges, repayment schedule and finance terms are determined by the relevant provider.
9. Franchise and Business Enquiries
Submitting a franchise, partner or store enquiry does not guarantee franchise approval, territory, earnings, profitability, inventory allocation or a commercial agreement. Any partnership will require separate review and written terms.
10. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Services
The MOBIONIC name, website design, text, graphics and business content are owned by or licensed to MOBIONIC unless otherwise stated. Do not copy, misuse or commercially exploit website content without permission.
The website may link to external services such as payment, finance, WhatsApp, Meta/social or eligibility pages. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
11. Liability, Force Majeure and Indian Law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MOBIONIC is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from website unavailability, third-party service failures, customer-provided incorrect information, force majeure events, courier delays, manufacturer decisions or issues outside reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove mandatory consumer rights under applicable Indian law. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. For questions or disputes, contact MOBIONIC support first so the matter can be reviewed and resolved where possible.
