Pre-Booking Terms
These terms apply to MOBIONIC pre-booking campaigns and launch notification requests submitted through mobionicsale.com or support-assisted channels.
1. Nature of Pre-Booking
A pre-booking is a request to reserve interest in a launch or upcoming product. It is not a final sale until MOBIONIC confirms product availability, final price, payment status and fulfilment details.
2. Booking Amount and Payment Status
The current inspected website campaign displays a booking amount of INR 500 and the public pre-booking form submits this amount with selected payment option. The backend currently records submitted public pre-bookings as pending gateway setup unless payment is completed through another confirmed channel.
Future campaigns may have different amounts or requirements shown on the relevant campaign page or communicated by MOBIONIC support.
3. Final Price and Availability
Expected price, specifications, launch date, colour/storage variants, delivery date and availability may change due to manufacturer/supplier updates, market conditions, stock allocation or launch changes. Final pricing and availability will be confirmed before final sale or delivery.
4. Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation/refund handling depends on campaign terms, payment status, allocation status and any third-party payment gateway/provider rules. Contact support with your booking number and registered mobile/email for review.
5. Communications
By submitting a pre-booking or launch notification form, you authorise MOBIONIC to contact you about that product/request through phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email where available and permitted.
