This website is operated for MOBIONIC by MOHIT MOBIONIC MART (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, India.

2. Information We May Collect

Depending on how you use MOBIONIC services, we may collect or receive the following information:

• Name, mobile number, email address, login/account details, city, state, pincode, billing address and delivery address.
• Order, invoice, GST billing, payment mode, due amount, EMI collection and transaction-reference information recorded in our business systems.
• Product, device, IMEI/serial number, warranty, repair, exchange, stock and service-related information where provided by you or generated during a sale/service workflow.
• Pre-booking and launch-notification form data, including name, phone, email, address, selected payment option and booking reference.
• Franchise, partner, store, business enquiry and customer support communications submitted through the website, phone, email, WhatsApp or other support channels.
• Technical/security information that may be generated by normal website/API usage, such as IP address, browser/device details, request logs and authentication/session events.

We do not ask you to share passwords, OTPs, CVV, PINs or full card credentials over email, WhatsApp or support calls.

3. How We Use Information

• To create and manage customer accounts and authenticate login requests.
• To process enquiries, pre-bookings, orders, billing, GST invoices, payments, dues, returns, replacements, repairs, exchanges and support requests.
• To maintain stock, IMEI/serial, invoice, customer ledger, EMI and accounting records.
• To communicate transaction, support, service, repair, delivery, launch, pre-booking and account updates.
• To prevent misuse, secure the website, investigate errors and protect our systems and customers.
• To comply with tax, GST, accounting, legal, regulatory and dispute-resolution requirements.
• To improve MOBIONIC services and respond to business/franchise enquiries.

4. Payments, EMI and Finance

The website and admin system record payment modes such as cash, UPI, card, bank or due payment where used for a transaction. Pre-booking pages may show payment options such as payment gateway, UPI or pay at store.

Where online payment gateways, UPI, card processors or finance/EMI providers are enabled or used, payment and eligibility processing may be handled by the relevant third-party provider. Their own terms and privacy notices may also apply.

MOBIONIC does not publish or place payment gateway secrets, API credentials or finance-provider secrets in client-side code.

5. WhatsApp, Meta, SMS and Email Communications

MOBIONIC provides WhatsApp contact links and may use WhatsApp, Meta technologies, SMS, phone calls and email for legitimate business communications, including support, order information, transaction notifications, repair updates, pre-booking updates and customer-requested communications where enabled.

Current public configuration inspected for this policy shows WhatsApp Cloud API, SMTP email and payment gateway integrations as present in settings but not enabled. If these integrations are enabled later, the relevant third-party service terms and privacy policies may also apply.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The current website uses browser storage for functional purposes such as account/admin login sessions and a welcome-message cooldown. We did not find Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or third-party advertising trackers in the inspected website files for this update.

Your browser may allow you to clear cookies/local storage or control similar storage technologies. Some account or session features may not work correctly if required storage is blocked.

7. Sharing of Information

We may share information only where reasonably necessary for business, service, compliance or legal purposes, including with:

• Payment gateways, UPI/card/bank processors and finance/EMI providers chosen for a transaction.
• Delivery/logistics providers and repair/service partners where needed to complete a service.
• Technology, hosting, communication, SMS/email/WhatsApp and security service providers.
• Professional advisers, accountants, auditors, GST/tax consultants and legal advisers.
• Government, law-enforcement, tax, regulatory or judicial authorities where legally required.

We do not state that customer data is sold, and no such sale is part of the inspected website implementation.

8. Security and Retention

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect customer and business data. However, no website, network or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, and as required for tax, GST, accounting, legal, fraud-prevention, warranty, dispute-resolution and completed-transaction records.

9. Your Choices and Requests

You may contact us to request access, correction, update or deletion of your personal information, or to raise privacy questions or complaints. Deletion is subject to applicable law and legitimate retention obligations for completed transactions, tax/GST records, fraud prevention, dispute resolution and legal compliance.

10. Children, Third-Party Links and Updates

MOBIONIC services are intended for customers who can lawfully make purchases or enquiries. If a child/minor uses the website, a parent or guardian should supervise the activity and any purchase or finance-related decision.

The website may link to third-party sites or services, including payment, finance, social, WhatsApp or eligibility-check pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised Last Updated date.
