Warranty, Repair & Exchange Policy
This page covers manufacturer warranty support, repair service handling and exchange enquiries for MOBIONIC customers.
1. Warranty Support
New smartphones and branded accessories may carry manufacturer warranty as provided by the relevant brand/manufacturer. Warranty coverage, exclusions, service centre process and repair/replacement decision are governed by the manufacturer's warranty terms.
MOBIONIC may help customers with invoice support, guidance and service coordination where possible, but it does not create a separate repair/replacement warranty unless expressly confirmed in writing for a specific product/service.
2. Repair Services
The website advertises mobile repair services such as screen replacement, battery replacement, water damage repair, back panel replacement, data recovery, software upgrade, doorstep pickup and warranty support. Actual availability, pricing and timeline depend on device model, issue, parts availability, inspection and customer approval.
- Diagnosis may be required before final charges are confirmed.
- Repair work should proceed only after customer authorisation for the estimated work/charges.
- Replacement parts may be manufacturer, compatible or third-party parts depending on availability and customer approval.
- Customers should back up device data and remove passwords/locks where needed before handover. Repair work can involve risk of data loss, especially in liquid damage, board repair, software flashing or storage-related issues.
3. Exchange Enquiries
Exchange requests are subject to physical inspection, ownership/identity checks where needed, device condition, IMEI/serial verification, lock status, bill/box/accessory availability, market value and final approval by MOBIONIC.
- Customers must remove personal data, accounts, screen locks and cloud locks before exchange completion.
- Stolen, locked, blacklisted, tampered, IMEI-mismatched or ownership-disputed devices will not be accepted.
- Any exchange value is an estimate until final inspection and approval. No valuation formula is promised by this policy.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate device model, IMEI/serial, issue description and contact information.
- Back up personal data before repair/exchange handover.
- Remove SIM cards, memory cards and sensitive personal content where possible.
- Keep invoice, job sheet, receipt or reference details for follow-up.
